Contract This contract is intended to be a starting point to define the band’s and client’s responsibilities for private events and can be modified to suit both parties. Having a basic agreement like this helps ensure that the client is delighted with the band’s participation in their event:
Performance Rates We take into account many factors in determining our rate, such as number/type of musicians, holidays, location, and sound system requirements. Be assured that our rates are very competitive and are probably within reach if you are planning a special private party or event. Ideas for using Trotters Wake at your event... Aside from standard pub or restaurant gigs, we can work to enhance any event or program. Here are some suggestions: Weddings - How about an hour of Irish music to keep your guests entertained before or after your wedding ceremony while your pictures are being taken. You'll even receive some free/discounted CD's as gifts for your wedding party or other special guests. Corporate - Ballads and Instrumentals as background music during a lunch or dinner, followed by some audience participation. Church - Trotters Wake is uniquely positioned to provide entertainment to churches, since two of our musicians are Christian praise leaders and two others play on praise teams. Like corporate gigs, we can provide music during a meal, and some sing-along, but with praise music before or after your program. Funerals - Yes, we have played Irish music before and after funerals and even provided spiritual music during the service!
